How are officials counted?
Officials are counted by active accounts in your organization. You can add or remove officials at any time. If your roster grows past 75, simply upgrade to the Growth plan — no interruption to your workflow.
What happens if I go over 75 officials on the Starter plan?
No problem — just upgrade to the Growth plan at any time. There are no overage fees. The Growth plan covers any size roster above 75 at a flat rate, with no cap on officials.

How does pricing work for multiple leagues?
Your first league is $299/year (or $29.08/month). Each additional league adds $100/year (or $10/month) on top. So two leagues run $399/year, three leagues run $499/year, and so on. There’s no limit to how many leagues you can add.
What counts as a “league”?
A league is any independent season or competition — for example, a fall basketball league, a spring soccer league, or a separate rec division. Each league has its own schedule, standings, and teams. Brackets or playoffs within the same league are included.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
